Shipping & Delivery

Zinc Decor ships to home and business addresses in the 48 contiguous US states. Our items ship quickly, some faster than others, so we have listed the processing times on the product information pages. Please understand that monogrammed pieces need longer processing time so that your customizations can be crafted for you.

Our regular size home decor items ship via FedEx or UPS ground delivery. We will notify you when your order ship and email you with the tracking information.

Our larger items ship via common freight carrier. To keep your costs down, we use curbside delivery. If you have special needs, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you in any way that we can. The freight company will call you to arrange delivery of your order once they reach your local area.

Privacy & Security

Privacy - We use your personal information for processing your order, delivering your purchase, and giving you the best customer service we can. We do not share, sell or loan your personal information to anyone. We will contact you during your transaction with us, to keep you up to date on the processing, shipping, and delivery of your purchase. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will send you information on new products, special sales, and news about Zinc Decor and nothing else.

Security - You can be confident in knowing that your transaction processing is secure. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information that you enter in our site. Your security is very important to us. We believe that having a high level of security, both on-line and off-line, is crucial in maintaining a successful business. Returns & Replacements

Damages - Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. We take great care in packaging and shipping our orders, but in the rare instance that you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-471-2844 and we will be glad to make arrangements for a replacement of the damaged item. All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Returns/Exchanges - All unused, undamaged merchandise, may be returned within 30 days of the order date for exchange, credit, or refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same factory-new condition as when it was received. On freight deliveries, if an item is received in good condition and delivery is refused, this is considered a return and both outbound and return freight will be deducted from the refund along with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us at 1-877-471-2844 for a return authorization number and return address information. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA Number. All returned/exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition, returned with all original packaging, shipped prepaid & insured (sorry, no COD packages).

All order shipping to a New Jersey address will be charged 7% NJ Sales Tax.
