Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and 1-Year Limited Warranty

Within 30 days after your purchase, if you’re not 100% delighted with what you bought, you can return it to us for an exchange, replacement or refund, no questions asked. The product must still be in like-new condition and you’ll need to return it to us in its original shipping carton. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate your return.

Our Uttermost, Elk, and Surya products are each covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you ever experience any problems with these products within 1-year from your date of purchase, please contact us by phone or email to exchange your purchase for a new one.
